History

Stock PR was founded in December of 2006 by three partners each of which had been in the investor relations industry together for 4 years. Through that time the partners saw common internet presence problems with the companies they worked with. Our products where designed to filled the need.

Stock PR began development of its software - IR Suite / Communications Platform in late 2006.  After a little over one year in development we tested it on a handful of accounts with great success.  In Q 1 2008 Stock PR began selling the IR Suite commercially with great success. Our R & D was personally funded by the three partners. As of mid Q2 2008 we are debt free and cash flow poistive.
