CEO, Thomas Runzo   

Mr. Runzo, age 45, co-founded Equala a 50 person media technology company in 2001. Prior to founding Equala, he was VP of Sales & Partner Relations at Qode.com durring the .com era. Prior to that Tom was the vise president of sales and marketing at Quest Net Corporation a publicly traded internet wireless backbone provider. In 1988 he co-founder and was the COO of Diversified Technology Group ('DITEK') where he managed nearly 150 employees who manufactured, sold and distributed surge protection equipment to Fortune 500 companies. DITEK was an ISO 9000 electronic manufacture which was awarded the Business of the Year in 1994 and Technology Fast 50 in 1995 and 1996. Tom was responsible for all operations including the product development of more than 800 electronic products. Tom also was responsible for sales and marketing for the organization.  Tom has over 25 years of sales, business development, and C-level management experience. He is a board member of Broward County Communities In Schools which was a Worth Magazine Top 100 charity. He also was the founder of the Public Service Network through a philanthropic endowment. The PSN utilized the technology and data from Equala to assist the National Center For Missing and Lost Children in publishing Amber Alerts.

Tom has a rich history in conceptualizing new products and in spearheading new product development. He is also an excellent operations builder who utilizes technology to create tremendous efficiencies for the organizations he has built. Tom is the visionary of the StockPR service offering and continues to pursue product development with an eye towards StockPR's competitive edge. Tom is the bridge between the business and technology sides of the company. Tom is also instrumental in demonstrating & selling the StockPR service offering. Tom is also experienced in public speaking and will represent the company at major industry events.

President, Scott L. Weiner

Mr. Weiner, age 37, joined Mr. Runzo & Mr. Mason in 2001 as a consultant. He quickly folded in with Mr. Runzo and Mr. Mason as a partner. Previously, Scott built The eThink Group into a specialized performance marketing consultancy. Clients served included Naviant, a leading Internet marketing firm that sold to Equifax for $135M, Targit Interactive-an $18M investment by TYCO which was later sold privately, along with many leading direct marketers.  Scott was a Director of Business & Client Development and employee # 17 at LinkShare, the patent holder for e-commerce affiliate marketing technology. He consulted and partnered with over fifty direct marketers ranging from leading brands to Fortune 1000 companies. Clients served included Home Depot, American Express, Omaha Steaks, Trans Union, Mrs. Fields, Universal Studios & 1-800-Flowers. Scott also structured strategic relationships with leading interactive agencies and channel partners.   Linkshare was sold in 2005 for $425M. Scott received his formal education in the public markets at Morgan Stanley, Dean Witter.  As part of a family business, he was instrumental in developing a leading society & charity focused publication in New York City, The Hamptons & Palm Beach. Scott began his career as the founder of one of the first CD-ROM publishing and distribution companies which he successfully ran for four years.

Scott is currently developing StockPR's go to market strategy and is spearheading the development and funding of the business plan. Scott is also forging relationships with early adopters, wholesale clients, potential investors and advisors. He is also instrumental in demonstrating & selling the StockPR service. Scott will be charged with building the company's direct sales force and channel partner programs. He is also going to execute the company's marketing plans and will work with a VP of marketing to ensure that marketing requirements are driving product development. As a team builder, Scott is also experienced in identifying and procuring talent with recent applicable experience and proven track records.

CTO, Eric Mason

Mr. Mason, age 27, co-founded Equala and served as the CTO of the 50 person media technology company in 2001 where he led a design team of 30 developers and was the architect of a leading edge system that was written in JAVA & sat on an Oracle database.   Prior to that he was hired by Tom Runzo & Questnet in 1998 to write software that created a virtual server which at the time was not an off-the-shelf product. Ahead of the times, the virtual server is now an industry standard and every hosting company in the nation runs them.

Eric is the technical innovator that translates StockPR's visions into reality. Eric also conceptualizes unique product capabilities that translate into potential competitive edges for StockPR. Eric manages a team of in house and outsourced technical resources that drive product development. Eric is also in charge of opperation and leads the client servises devision of Stock PR.

CFO, Vince Arnette

Background:

Mr. Arnette, age 46 is a principal in Arnette & Freeman, LLC, a CPA firm located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.  During his 20 year career, Vince held several executive level positions including CFO and COO of Brightpoint Latin America (a publicly traded company), Vice President of Finance for Fox Television, Director of Corporate Audit for Twentieth Century Fox (Newscorp) and was an Audit Manager with the firm of Deloitte and Touche. Vince's responsibilities included mergers and acquisitions, start-ups, funding, controllership and financial and operational system development. 

Vince is the financial inovater that works directly with Mr. Mason to automate the financial aspects of the Stock PR system
